We respond to all emails Monday-Thursday from 9 am-5 pm EST time.
HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

After you select and book your design service, we will email you an introductory email to our company & the next steps.

All of your content must be completed & emailed over by the deadline date.

Next, your designs will begin and will be sent over to you by the deadline date of completion for you to review and leave any feedback/requests which is always welcome.

Once all of the designs have been approved and finalized we will send over files.

After your website design service has been completed, we will begin the Website transfer process with you.
I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT A CURRENT SERVICE, HOW CAN I BOOK A CALL?
We book all calls for current clients on Thursdays from 11 am - 3 pm, this is only for current clients who have started their design process and have questions. In order to book this call, we will send over the information once your service is booked or you can email us at mykayla@brandsbymk.com.
I HAVE A QUESTION BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE, HOW CAN I CHAT WITH SOMEONE?
Please feel free to book a consultation online if you have any questions/or concerns before working with us. We only accept consultation calls on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00 PM EST - to 5:00 PM EST. There will be no exceptions.
